Kathy – Hygienist
Kathy has been with Dr. Ogawa for more than 25 years. She completed her dental hygienist training at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF), graduating with honors. Kathy continues to keep up her dental training through advanced continuums. She is also trained to work with soft tissue laser equipment as well as Zoom!® 2 teeth whitening technology. She is one of the many trusted and experienced members of Dr. Ogawa's staff.
Nana – Hygienist
Nana is another graduate of UCSF hygiene school. As Dr. Ogawa's second dental hygienist, she'll make sure the conditions of your gums are maintained to be as healthy as possible. Nana and the doctor also work with you to make sure you are as comfortable and anxiety-free as you can be. Nana is another member of our staff trained on our soft tissue laser equipment and Zoom!® 2 teeth whitening technology.
Linda – Dental Assistant
With more than ten years of experience, Linda will be there to help you and Dr. Ogawa with anything needed. Linda is compassionate and understanding and looks forward to helping ease the anxiety of your dental visit.
America and Sharon – Office Facilitators
America and Sharon are the smiling faces that will greet you at the door. They play an integral part in the management and organization of Dr. Ogawa's practice. Both Sharon and America have more than 10 years of experience in dental office management, as well as expertise in handling dental insurance claims. They're also friendly and attentive, hoping to make your visit with us a pleasant one.
Our Location
Dr. Ogawa's offices are located in the convenient San Francisco Financial District. Your visit with us will offer sweeping views of the Bay from every exam room. We're located just one block from Market Street, where you'll find access to major bus lines and BART stations, making it unnecessary to drive and park. Digital X-Rays
Dr. Ogawa uses nothing but the best, state-of-the-art technology in the care of his patients. That’s why he’s chosen digital radiography over traditional dental x-rays. Digital x-rays can alleviate concerns you may have about radiation exposure. Digital radiography has been shown to limit patient exposure to radiation by up to 90 percent. Images of your teeth are taken by small sensors inserted into your mouth. The pictures are then relayed onto a computer screen, where you and Dr. Ogawa can look at them and go over just what’s going on with your teeth and the best method of treatment for you.

Intraoral Imaging
Snapshots of your teeth are taken by a small video camera intraorally. The pictures are then relayed onto a computer screen and saved. You and Dr. Ogawa can look over these images together, and discuss just what can be done to best treat your teeth cosmetically.
